What to do right now
- Get the car as far off the road as you safely can and switch on your hazard lights.
- On a motorway, stay behind the barrier — not in the car and not on the shoulder.
- Note your nearest cross street, exit number or landmark so we can find you fast.
- Call us on 0434 728 765 and describe what happened right before it stopped.
- Do not keep cranking a car that won't start — you can flatten the battery and flood the engine.
Breakdowns we fix at the roadside
The van carries batteries, tools, diagnostic gear, common belts, hoses, fuses and fluids, so the majority of Gold Coast breakdowns are repaired on the spot rather than towed.
Car won't start
Flat or failed battery, dead starter motor, alternator not charging, fuel delivery or ignition fault. We test rather than guess, so you are not paying for parts you did not need.
Overheating
Burst hose, failed thermostat, water pump or a coolant leak. Pull over and shut it down straight away — driving an overheating engine is what turns a hose into a head gasket.
Warning lights and limp mode
We scan the fault codes on site and tell you whether it is safe to keep driving or needs the repair done there and then.
Flat tyre, wrong fuel, snapped belt
Wrong fuel in the tank is a drain-and-flush job, not a tow. Punctures, snapped belts and brake faults are all handled roadside.

We work across the whole Gold Coast — Southport, Surfers Paradise, Robina, Burleigh, Nerang, Coomera, Palm Beach, Coolangatta and down into Tweed Heads. Attendance times depend on where the van is when you call, and we will give you a straight answer on the phone rather than leave you waiting.
What it costs
$150 minimum charge covers the callout and the first hour on site. You get a clear quote before any repair starts, and nothing happens without your approval. If we cannot fix it, you do not pay — and if it genuinely needs a workshop, we will tell you that instead of running the clock.
